MuchBoost N54B30 Upgraded Turbochargers with a High Flow Compressor Billet and Enlarged Turbine Wheels. It is based on an original Mitsubishi turbochargers, which means that installation is 100% P&P. The turbochargers are meant to work with BMW 135i, 1M, 335i, and Z4 with a 3.0 BiTurbo 306HP-340HP.

The turbo delivers great power characteristics and has something to offer for anyone that’s interested in driving a super-fast daily or someone trying to get into motorsport.

We have developed 3 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from 450HP to 600HP.

MuchBoost N54 450

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~450HP at the crank. List of modifications:

• Precisely machined seal plates and compressor housing,
• More efficient and larger Billet Compressor Wheel 6+6 blades,
• Upgraded journal bearing system that allows the turbo to hold more boost,
• Clipped and Lightened genuine Turbine Wheel to help reduce backpressure,
• Genuine compressor housing,
• Genuine exhaust manifold,
• Genuine bearing housing,
• Original vacuum pressure actuator,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

Muchboost N54 510

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of ~510HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 450 option are the same, except:

• even larger Billet Compressor Wheel,
• larger High-Flow 9 blade Turbine Wheel to provide much more flow and lower exhaust temperatures with higher boost,

Muchboost N54 600

Upgraded Turbocharger with an estimated potential of ~600HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 510 option are the same except:

• Larger Turbine Wheel,
• Larger Compressor Wheel,
• 2.0″ Inlet.

Other Significant Modifications

To fully utilize the potential of this hybrid turbo, we recommend upgrading i.a. fuel, exhaust, cooling systems, and the clutch. Individual ECU remapping is the foundation.

Matters you should be aware of when placing your order.

1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
3. Every parcel is fully insured.
