MuchBoost 2.2D Upgraded Turbocharger with a Custom Billet Compressor Wheel and a 9-Blade Turbine Wheel. It is based on an original MHI Turbocharger, which means that the installation is 100%P&P. The turbocharger is meant to work with Jaguar XF I, Land Rover Discovery Sport, Frelander II, and Range Rover Evoque with the 2.2D 150-200HP engines.

Details on the construction of the turbo:

• Precisely machined seal plates and compressor housing,
• Genuine MHI compressor housing,
• Genuine MHI bearing housing,
• Genuine MHI exhaust manifold,
• Upgraded journal bearing system that allows the turbo to hold more boost,
• Original actuator,
• Perfectly calibrated VNT system + dynamically balanced. We use a modern VISCOM flow bench and Schenck balancing machines,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

The turbo is meant to work with ~190HP In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well.

1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
   2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
   3. Every parcel is fully insured.
