MuchBoost Z19DTR Upgraded Turbochargers with a Custom Billet Compressor Wheel 6+6 Blades, and Clipped and Lightned/Enlarged High-Flow 9 Blades Turbine Wheel. They are based on original BorgWarner turbochargers, which means that the installation is 100%P&P. The turbocharger is meant to work with Cadillac BLS 1.9D, Lancia Delta III 1.9 MJT, and Saab 9-3 II with a Z19DTR engine.

The turbo delivers up to 183% power (150 extra HP) over the factory specs. It is a great choice for someone looking for a bit extra HP from their daily driver. MuchBoost turbo allows you to get more from your engine and enjoy it even more than you’ve been so far.

We have developed 2 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from 280HP to 330HP.

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~280HP at the crank. List of modifications:

Small Turbo:

• The dimensions are the same,
• Turbo is fully refurbished

Big Turbo:

• Precisely machined seal plates and compressor housing,
• Genuine BorgWarner compressor housing,
• Genuine BorgWarner bearing housing,
• Genuine BorgWarner exhaust manifold,
• Upgraded journal bearings system that allows the turbo to hold more boost,
• Genuine BorgWarner actuator
• More efficient and larger Billet Compressor Wheel 6+6 Blades,
  
• Clipped and Lightened genuine Turbine Wheel,
• Dynamically balanced,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of ~330HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 280 option are the same except:

• Bigger Compressor Billet Wheel,
• Larger High-Flow 9 blades Turbine Wheel,
• Precisely machined exhaust housing.

Other Significant Modifications

To fully utilize the potential of this hybrid turbo, we recommend upgrading i.a. fuel, exhaust, cooling systems, and the clutch. Individual ECU remapping is the foundation.

A set of gaskets is included with every option you choose!

1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
   2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
   3. Every parcel is fully insured.
