It is based on an original IHI Turbocharger, which means that the installation is 100%P&P. The turbocharger is meant to work with Ford Ranger II and Mazda BT-50 with the 2.5/3.0 TDCI/MRZ-CD 143-156HP engines.

Details on the construction of the turbo:
- Genuine IHI compressor housing,
- Genuine IHI exhaust manifold,
- Genuine IHI bearing housing,
- Original IHI actuator,
- Precisely machined seal plate & compressor housings,
- Upgraded Journal bearing system that allows holding more boost,
- Perfectly calibrated VNT system + dynamically balanced. We use a modern VISCOM flow bench and Schenck balancing machines,
- The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.
Other significant modifications
The turbo is meant to work with ~250HP In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well.
A set of gaskets is included with the turbo!

- The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
- We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
