MuchBoost GTD1756VRK Upgraded Turbocharger with a Custom Billet Compressor Wheel GEN I (240HP) or 250HP (250HP). It is based on an original GTD1752VRK Turbocharger from a BMW B47D20 engine. The turbocharger is professionally adapted to work with Opel Astra, Signum, Vectra, Zafira, Fiat Croma, Stilo, and Saab 9-3 with the Z19D 100-150HP engines.

The turbo delivers up to 250% power (150 extra HP) over the factory specs. It is a great choice for someone looking for a bit extra HP from their daily driver. MuchBoost turbo allows you to get more from your engine and enjoy it even more than you’ve been so far.

Main Features

• Fast spool, comparable to a stock ARL PD150 turbocharger

• GTD17VRK series compressor housing.

• The VNT actuator adaptation.
• Perfectly calibrated VNT system + dynamically balanced. We use a modern VISCOM flow bench and Schenck balancing machines.

Mounting tips:

Steps to be performed during assembly:

• The Installation of a larger DP (you will receive the V-band flange with the turbocharger). You can modify the factory DP using our flange, but that will be a limitation. A new downpipe with a larger diameter is strongly recommended.
• New stainless or silicone Inlet + Outlet pipes.

Our custom oil line return will be sent with the turbo. The oil line supply can stay stock (a new line is recommended).

Other significant modifications

To fully utilize the potential of this hybrid turbo, we recommend upgrading i.a. fuel, exhaust, cooling systems, and the clutch. Individual ECU remapping is the foundation.

Example project

One of our clients managed to produce 216 HP and 427 Nm at the crank. The car was also equipped with:

1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
   2. We need about 7 working days to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. The parcels in European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. DHL Express (airplane shipping)  is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO. The average delivery time is 2-4 working days. 
   3. Every parcel is fully insured.
