MuchBoost 2.0 AJ200  Upgraded Turbocharger with Enlarged Billet Compressor Wheel and Enlarged Turbine Wheel. It is based on a genuine BorgWarner turbocharger, which means that the installation is 100% P&P. The turbocharger is meant to work with Jaguar XF, XE, F-Pace, and Land Rover Velar with the 2.0 EcoBoost 200-250 HP engine.

The turbos deliver up to 200% of stock power (200 HP extra) which means it could be perfect for a faster daily driver, to gain some additional power.

We have developed 2 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from 350HP to 400HP.

MuchBoost AJ200 350

Upgraded turbochargers with an estimated ~350HP at the crank. List of modifications:

• Precisely machined seal plates and compressor housing,
• More efficient and larger Billet Compressor Wheel,
• Upgraded journal bearing system that allows the turbo to hold more boost,
• Clipped and Lightened Turbine Wheel,
• Genuine BorgWarner compressor housing,
• Genuine BorgWarner exhaust manifold,
• Genuine BorgWarner bearing housing,
• Original actuator,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

MuchBoost AJ200 400

Upgraded turbochargers with an estimated potential of ~400HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 350 option are the same except:

• Enlarged Billet Compressor Wheel,
• Larger High-Flow 9 blades Turbine Wheel,
• Precisely machined exhaust housing.

Other significant modifications

In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well.

A set of gaskets is included with every option you choose!

Matters you should be aware of when placing your order.

1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
   2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
   3. Every parcel is fully insured.
   4. If you didn`t find the turbo you need, feel free to contact us. We are able to perform many more upgraded turbochargers than you can find on the site. Our development department works permanently on the new models.
