MuchBoost D4204T BiTurbo Upgraded Turbochargers with a Custom Billet Compressor Wheel 6+6 Blades, and Clipped and Lightned/Enlarged High-Flow 9 Blades Turbine Wheel. They are based on original BorgWarner turbochargers, which means that the installation is 100%P&P. The turbocharger is meant to work with Volvo S60 II, S80 II, S90 II, V40 II, V60 II, V70 III, V90 II, XC40 I, XC60 I/II, XC70 II, and XC90 with an D4204T Bi-Turbo engine.

The turbo delivers up to 233% power (200 extra HP) over the factory specs. It is a great choice for someone looking for a bit extra HP from their daily driver. MuchBoost turbo allows you to get more from your engine and enjoy it even more than you’ve been so far.

We have developed 2 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from 300HP to 350HP.

MuchBoostD4204T Bi-Turbo 300

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~300HP at the crank. List of modifications:

Small Turbo:

• The dimensions are the same,
• Turbo is fully refurbished

Big Turbo:

• Precisely machined seal plates and compressor housing,
• Genuine BorgWarner compressor housing,
• Genuine BorgWarner bearing housing,
• Genuine BorgWarner exhaust manifold,
• Upgraded journal bearings system that allows the turbo to hold more boost,
• Genuine BorgWarner actuator
• More efficient and larger Billet Compressor Wheel 6+6 Blades,
  
• Clipped and Lightened genuine Turbine Wheel,
• Dynamically balanced,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

MuchBoost D4204T Bi-Turbo 350

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of ~350HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 300 option are the same except:

• Bigger Compressor Billet Wheel,
• Larger High-Flow 9 blades Turbine Wheel,
• Precisely machined exhaust housing.

Other Significant Modifications

To fully utilize the potential of this hybrid turbo, we recommend upgrading i.a. fuel, exhaust, cooling systems, and the clutch. Individual ECU remapping is the foundation.

A set of gaskets is included with every option you choose!

1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
   2. We need about 7 working days to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. The parcels in European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. DHL Express (airplane shipping)  is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO. The average delivery time is 2-4 working days. 
   3. Every parcel is fully insured.
