MuchBoost 4.0TFSI Upgraded Turbochargers with Enlarged Billet Compressor Wheels and Enlarged Turbine Wheels. They are based on genuine IHI turbochargers, which means that the installation is 100% P&P. The turbochargers are meant to work with Audi RS6 C7, Audi S8 PlusD4, Bentley Continental GT III with the 4.0TFSI 560-605HP engine.

The turbos deliver up to 160% of stock power (340HP extra) which means it could be perfect for a faster daily driver, to gain some additional power.

We have developed 2 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from 800HP to 900HP.

MuchBoost 4.0TFSI 800

Upgraded turbochargers with an estimated ~800HP at the crank. List of modifications:

• Precisely machined seal plates and compressor housing,
• More efficient and larger Billet Compressor Wheel 6+6 blades,
• Upgraded journal bearing system that allows the turbo to hold more boost,
• Clipped and Lightened Turbine Wheel,
• Genuine IHI compressor housing,
• Genuine IHI exhaust manifold,
• Genuine IHI bearing housing,
• Original IHI actuator,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

MuchBoost 4.0TFSI 900

Upgraded turbochargers with an estimated potential of ~900HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 800 option are the same except:

• Enlarged Compressor Billet Wheel,
• Larger Turbine Wheel,
• Precisely machined exhaust housing.

Other significant modifications

In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well.

1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
   2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
   3. Every parcel is fully insured.
   4. If you didn`t find the turbo you need, feel free to contact us. We are able to perform many more upgraded turbochargers than you can find on the site. Our development department works permanently on the new models.

* Just upgrade option means that we will modify your turbochargers once you sent them to us. The turbo can’t be cracked and must be genuine.
