MuchBoost Twin-Disc Performance Clutch for BMW M50/M52/M54/S50/S54

Stage 1 – High Performance with OEM-Like Engagement
  • Withstands up to 1000Nm of torque, 800Nm for drifting.
  • 100% CNC machined parts for precision and durability
  • Monoblock single-mass flywheel (~6.4 kg) for reduced rotational mass
  • Custom lightweight 240mm clutch discs (stainless steel base with LUK’s 8090s friction pads)
  • Sachs Performance pressure plate without SAC system
  • Fully balanced end-to-end, in accordance with the G6.3 class, (flywheel, middle plate, and pressure plate) for up to 8000 RPM
  • Smooth OEM-like engagement, perfect for high-power street and entry-level drifting applications
  • Compatible with BMW M50, M52, M54, S50, S52, S54 engines with:
    – 5 speed ZF / Getrag (standard option, always prepared to send if no info about your other needs)
    – 6 speed S54B32 Getrag (if you need this version let us know – different clutch discs needed)
    – 5 speed M57 (if you need this version let us know – different clutch discs needed)
  • Break-in procedure required (1000 km or 5000 gear shifts)

Set will not fit to the face lift version of M54B30 with 6 speed gearbox.


Stage 2 – Enhanced Durability for Mid-Pro Drifting

Similar to Stage 1, but this option is equipped with MIBA sintered clutch pads instead of LUK’s organic pads. The sintered material improves heat resistance and durability, making it more suitable for drifting. Engagement is firmer but still manageable for street use. 

Set will not fit the face lift version of M54B30 with 6 speed gearbox.


Stage 3 – Increased Torque Capacity & Reinforced Pressure Plate

Same as Stage 2 but with a reinforced Sachs Performance 883082001243 pressure plate for increased clamping force. This allows handling up to 1300Nm of torque. Clutch pedal effort is about 25% harder than OEM, but engagement remains smooth.

Set will not fit the face lift version of M54B30 with 6 speed gearbox.


Stage 4 – Ultimate Clutch for Pro Drift & Extreme Power Builds

Same as Stage 3, but with MIBA sintered clutch pads instead of organic ones. It’s construction allows for holding up to 1400Nm of torque, perfect for light drifting, and a great driver’s racing car. Engagement is more aggressive, making it ideal for track-focused applications.

Set will not fit the face lift version of M54B30 with 6 speed gearbox.
