MuchBoost S55 3.0 Twin-turbo Upgraded Turbochargers with a Custom Billet Compressor Wheel and Enlarged Turbine Wheel. They are based on original Mitsubishi turbochargers which means that the installation is 100%P&P. The turbochargers are meant to work with BMW M3, M4 with S55B30 431HP engines.

The turbo delivers up to 162% (269HP extra) of power over the factory specs. It will make your car feel even faster and the power will be a lot more intense. MuchBoost turbo allows you to get more from your engine and enjoy it even more than you’ve been so far.

We have developed 2 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from 680HP to +700HP.

MuchBoost S55 680

Upgraded turbochargers with an estimated ~680HP at the crank. List of modifications:

• Precisely machined seal plates and compressor housing,
• Genuine Mitshubishi compressor housing,
• Genuine Mitshubishi bearing housing,
• Genuine Mitsubishi exhaust manifold,
• Upgraded journal bearings system that allows the turbo to hold more boost,
• More efficient and larger Billet Compressor Wheel 11+0 blades,
  
• Enlarged High-Flow 10 Blades Turbine Wheel,
• Precisely machined turbine housing,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

MuchBoost S55 +700

Upgraded turbochargers with an estimated potential of +700HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 680 option are the same except:

• Enlarged Billet Compressor Wheel,
• Larger High-Flow 9 blades Turbine Wheel.

MuchBoost S55 720

Upgraded turbochargers with an estimated potential of 720HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the +700 option are the same except:

• 5+5 Turbine Wheel which provides a 10% faster spool.

Other Significant Modifications

To fully utilize the potential of this hybrid turbo, we recommend upgrading i.a. fuel, exhaust, cooling systems, and the clutch. Individual ECU remapping is the foundation.

Matters you should be aware of when placing your order.

1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
3. Every parcel is fully insured.
4. If you didn`t find the turbo you need, feel free to contact us. We are able to perform many more upgraded turbochargers than you can find on the site. Our development department works permanently on the new models.
