MuchBoost GTD2260VRK turbocharger professionally adapted to 1.9/2.0TDI CR engines (all the engine codes are mentioned at the bottom of this page.) The turbo is equipped with a 60mm Billet Compressor Wheel, GTD22 Turbine Wheel and genuine ceramic ball bearings. The base is an original Garrett Ceramic Ball Bearing turbocharger from the Ford F150 truck.

Details on the construction of the turbo:
  • Genuine machined compressor housing.
  • Genuine bearing housing.
  • Genuine exhaust housing.
  • The manifold comes from KKK or Garrett turbochargers (it depends on your stock turbo).
  • Ceramic Garrett Ball Bearings.
  • High Flow Billet Compressor Wheel,
  • Garrett 5th generation of VNT (Variable Nozzle Turbine).
  • The VNT actuator adaptation – standard vacuum or electronic (it depends on your stock turbo).
  • Perfectly calibrated VNT system + dynamically balanced. We use a modern VISCOM flow bench and Schenck balancing machines,
  • The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

Steps to be performed during assembly:

  1. The Installation of a larger DP (you will receive the flange with the turbocharger),
  2. Modification of compressor housing pipes,
  3. Additional installation of water lines (2 going from the heating coil, you can connect with them).
Other significant modifications

The turbo is meant to work with ~340HP. In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well.

A set of gaskets, and an oil feed line with an oil restrictor, oil return line, and downpipe flange are included with every option you choose!

Matters you should be aware of when placing your order.
    1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
    2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
    3. Every parcel is fully insured.
