It`s a pleasure to present our decent turbo upgrades for 1.9TDI BEW US Spec. You can choose between 3 options equipped with a Custom Cast/Billet Compressor Wheel and larger high flow Turbine Wheels.

The base is a genuine Garrett turbocharger. Every option is equipped with smart electronic actuator that makes the installation 100% Plug&Play.

Our BEW hybrid turbos deliver up to 250HP which means it could be perfect for a faster daily driver, to gain some additional power.

MuchBoost BEW 200.

Main Features:

• • • The potential 200HP,
    • Fast spool thanks to Custom Cast/Billet 52mm Compressor Wheel 6+6 blades,
    • Low manifold pressures at high RPM,
    • High air-fuel ratio including high peak torque achieved at low engine speeds.

Construction details:

• • • Machined GT17 compressor housing,
    • GT17 Turbine Wheel,
    • Modified GT17 turbine housing,
    • Modified Seal plate,
    • Upgraded journal bearing system that allows holding more boost,
    • VNT17 (Variable Nozzle Turbine),
    • Perfectly calibrated VNT system + dynamically balanced. We use a modern VISCOM flow bench and Schenck balancing machines.
    • The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

MuchBoost BEW 225.

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential ~225HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 200 option are the same except:

    • Enlarged Billet Compressor 56mm GEN I 6+6 blades,
    • Larger Turbine Wheel,

MuchBoost BEW 250.

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential ~250HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 200 option are the same except:

    • Enlarged Billet Compressor 11+0 blade GEN II,
    • Larger Turbine Wheel 9 blades.

Other significant modifications

The turbos is meant to work with ~200-250HP at 30-33PSI of boost. In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well.

• • 1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
       2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
       3. Every parcel is fully insured.
