MuchBoost 3.0TDI CDYA, CDYC, CASA, M 05.9D, CAPA, CCWA, CCWB Upgraded Turbocharger with a Custom Billet Compressor Wheel and Enlarged Turbine Wheel. It is based on an original Garrett Turbocharger, which means that the installation is 100%P&P. The turbocharger is meant to work with Audi A6, A8, Q7, VW Amarok Genuine with the 3.0TDI CDYA, CDYC, CASA, M 05.9D, CAPA, CCWA, CCWB 225-240HP engines.

The turbo delivers up to 213% power (255 extra HP) over the factory specs. It is a great choice for someone looking for a bit extra HP from their daily driver. MuchBoost turbo allows you to get more from your engine and enjoy it even more than you’ve been so far.

MuchBoost 3.0TDI CD/CA/CC 350

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential ~350HP at the crank. The list of modifications:

• Fast spool thanks to Enlarged Custom Billet Compressor Wheel,
• High air-fuel ratio including high peak torque achieved at low engine speeds.
• Genuine Garrett compressor housing,
• Genuine Garrett exhaust housing,
• Genuine Garrett bearing housing,
• Precisely machined compressor housing and seal plate,
• Upgraded Journal bearing system that allows holding more boost,
• Genuine Hella VNT actuator,
• Perfectly calibrated VNT system + dynamically balanced. We use a modern VISCOM flow bench and Schenck balancing machines,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

MuchBoost 3.oTDI CD/CA/CC 400

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential ~400HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 350 option are the same except:

• Enlarged Billet Compressor Wheel,
• Enlarged High Flow Turbine Wheel,
• Precisely machined turbine and exhaust housings.

MuchBoost 3.oTDI CD/CA/CC 430

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential ~430HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 400 option are the same except:

• Enlarged Billet Compressor Wheel,
• Enlarged High Flow Turbine Wheel.

MuchBoost 3.oTDI CD/CA/CC 480

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential ~480HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 430 option are the same except:

• Additionally enlarged Billet Compressor Wheel,
• Additionally enlarged High Flow Turbine Wheel.

Other significant modifications

The turbo is meant to work with ~350-480HP In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well.

A set of gaskets is included with every option you choose!

Matters you should be aware of when placing your order.

1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
   2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
   3. Every parcel is fully insured.
