MuchBoost 3.0d Upgraded Turbochargers with a Custom Billet Compressor Wheel.  and an Enlarged Turbine Wheel. It is based on a genuine Garrett GT22V series turbocharger, which means that the installation is 100% P&P. The turbocharger is meant to work with BMW E46, E90, E91, E92, E60, E61, F07, F10, F11, E65, E66, F01, F02, E53, E70, E38, E39, and E71 with a 3.0 Diesel 204-245HP engines.

The turbo delivers up to 204% of stock power (255HP extra) which means it could be perfect for a faster daily driver, to gain some additional power.

There are 4 versions of the 3.0d BMW turbochargers with power ranges ranging from 330HP to 500+HP:

MuchBoost 3.0d 330 (GT2265V)

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~330HP at the crank. List of modifications:

• Precisely machined seal plates and compressor housing,
• Genuine Garrett  compressor housing,
• Genuine Garrett bearing housing,
• Genuine Garrett exhaust manifold,
• More efficient and larger 65mm Billet Compressor Wheel GEN II,
  
• Genuine lightened GT22 Turbine Wheel,
• Genuine electronic Hella or vacuum actuator,
• Upgraded Journal bearing system that allows holding more boost,
• Perfectly calibrated VNT system + dynamically balanced. We use a modern VISCOM flow bench and Schenck balancing machines,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

MuchBoost 3.0d 370 (GT2365V)

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~370HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 330 option are the same except:

• Enlarged and Clipped Turbine Wheel.
  
• Precisely machined turbine housing,

MuchBoost 3.0d 400 (GT2571V)

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~400HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 370 option are the same except:

• Enlarged High-Flow 9 Blades Turbine Wheel,
• Enlarged Compressor Wheel.

MuchBoost 3.0d 450 (GT2871V)

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~450HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 400 option are the same except:

• Additionally Enlarged High-Flow 9 Blades Turbine Wheel.

MuchBoost 3.0d 500+ (GT2871V)

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~500+HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 450 option are the same except:

• Even larger Compressor Wheel,
• Additionally Enlarged Turbine Wheel,
• Journal bearings are replaced with Ball Bearings.

Other Significant Modifications

To fully utilize the potential of this hybrid turbo, we recommend upgrading i.a. fuel, exhaust, cooling systems, and the clutch. Individual ECU remapping is the foundation.

1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
   2. We need about 7 working days to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. The parcels in European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. DHL Express (airplane shipping)  is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO. The average delivery time is 2-4 working days. 
   3. Every parcel is fully insured.
