Built for turbocharged street builds, aggressive drift machines, and full-blown race cars, this clutch system delivers uncompromising performance, smooth engagement, and durability under pressure. Choose from four performance stages—each designed to match the specific needs of your build.


Key Features (All Stages)
  • Precision-engineered and 100% CNC machined components (Made in the EU)

  • Monoblock single-mass flywheel (approx. 8.2 kg)

  • Total rotating mass approx. 14.9–15.2 kg (flywheel, middle plate, pressure plate)

  • Lightweight custom 240 mm clutch discs (steel base with LUK organic or MIBA sintered pads)

  • Sachs pressure plates without SAC system for consistent pedal feel

  • CNC-machined heat-resistant middle plate with no flywheel contact—prevents sticking or noise

  • End-to-end balanced to G6.3 class standards, certified for up to 8500 RPM

  • Includes 19 mm aluminum adapter plate and full bolt kit

  • Requires DENSO 228000 starter motor (without aluminum gear cover)

  • Fully stress-tested and easily serviceable using widely available components

  • Starter gear integrated into flywheel (monoblock design)

  • Professional installation required

  • Break-in period: 1000 km or 5000 gear shifts

  • BMW ZF/Getrag 5-speed (M50/M52/M54) and E36 M3 6-speed gearboxes

  • 23×29-10N input shaft

  • Not compatible with:

    • Facelift M54B30 6-speed

    • ZF 5-speed M57, N47, M47N

    • E46 M3 gearbox (28×35-10N shaft)


Available Stages
Stage 1 – High-Performance Street and Entry-Level Drift
  • Torque handling: ~800–1000 Nm (regular use), ~800 Nm (drifting)

  • Equipped with LUK 8090s organic pads for smooth, OEM-like engagement

  • Ideal for daily-driven turbo builds and occasional motorsport

  • Recommended for users prioritizing drivability and quiet operation


Stage 2 – Enhanced Heat Resistance for Drift
  • Similar to Stage 1, upgraded with MIBA 4-puck sintered clutch discs

  • Maintains ~800–1000 Nm torque capacity with improved thermal durability

  • Better suited for light to moderate drifting with frequent clutch kicks

  • Engagement is firmer but remains manageable for experienced drivers


Stage 3 – Reinforced Clamping for Higher Torque
  • Same disc material as Stage 1 (LUK organic), with upgraded Sachs 883082001243 pressure plate

  • Torque handling: ~1000–1200 Nm

  • Increased clamping force with slightly stiffer pedal feel (approx. 25% over OEM)

  • Designed for heavier turbo setups and more demanding driving conditions


Stage 4 – Maximum Grip for Pro Drift and Drag
  • Combines Stage 3 pressure plate with MIBA sintered discs

  • Torque handling: ~1200–1400 Nm

  • Optimized for full-power drift or drag builds

  • Strong, fast engagement—best for experienced drivers in track environments


Build Time: Approx. 7 working days
