MuchBoost ENS RA428RT 2.8CRD Upgraded Turbocharger with an Enlarged Billet Compressor Wheel and a Clipped and Lightened/Larger Turbine Wheel. It is based on a genuine Garrett turbocharger, which means that the installation is 100% P&P. The turbocharger is meant to work with Jeep Wrangler with the 2.8 ENS RA428RT 177HP engines.

The turbo delivers up to 152% of stock power (93 HP extra) which means it could be perfect for a faster daily driver, to gain some additional power.

We have developed 2 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from 250HP to 270HP.

MuchBoost ENS RA428RT 250

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~250HP at the crank. List of modifications:

• Precisely machined seal plates and compressor housing,
• More efficient and larger Custom Billet Compressor Wheel,
• Upgraded journal bearing system that allows the turbo to hold more boost,
• Clipped and Lightened Turbine Wheel,
• Genuine Garrett compressor housing,
• Genuine Garrett exhaust manifold,
• Genuine Garrett  bearing housing,
• Original Garrett electronic actuator,
• Perfectly calibrated VNT system + dynamically balanced. We use a modern VISCOM flow bench and Schenck balancing machines,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

Muchboost ENS RA428RT 270

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of ~270HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 250 option are the same, except:

• Additionally enlarged Billet Compressor Wheel.
• larger Turbine Wheel to provide much more flow and lower exhaust temperatures with higher boost,
• Precisely machined exhaust housing.

Other significant modifications

In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well. A custom ECU tune will be necessary after mounting the turbo.

A set of gaskets is included with every option you choose!

Matters you should be aware of when placing your order.

1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
   2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
   3. Every parcel is fully insured.
