MuchBoost D4FA 1.5CRDi Upgraded Turbocharger with a Custom Billet Compressor Wheel and a Clipped Turbine Wheel. It is based on an original Garrett Turbocharger, which means that the installation is 100%P&P. The turbocharger is meant to work with Hyundai Accent, Getz, Matrix, and Kia Rio with the D4FA 1.5CRDi 88-110 HP engines.

The turbo delivers up to 215% power (102 extra HP) over the factory specs. It is a great choice for someone looking for a bit extra HP from their daily driver. MuchBoost turbo allows you to get more from your engine and enjoy it even more than you’ve been so far.

We have developed 2 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from 160HP to 190HP.

MuchBoost D4FA 160

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~160HP at the crank. List of modifications:

• Fast spool thanks to Custom Billet Compressor Wheel,
• Clipped Turbine Wheel,
• High air-fuel ratio including high peak torque achieved at low engine speeds,
• Genuine Garrett compressor housing,
• Genuine Garrett exhaust manifold,
• Genuine Garrett bearing housing,
• Original Garrett actuator,
• Precisely machined seal plate & compressor housings,
• Upgraded Journal bearing system that allows holding more boost,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

MuchBoost D4FA 190

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of 190HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 160 option are the same except:

• Bigger Compressor Billet Wheel,
• Bigger High-Flow Turbine Wheel.

Other significant modifications

The turbo is meant to work with ~160-190HP In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well.

A set of gaskets is included with every option you choose!

Matters you should be aware of when placing your order.

1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
   2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
   3. Every parcel is fully insured.
