Built on a genuine Garrett foundation, this upgraded turbo is a direct plug-and-play replacement – no modifications needed. Designed for Audi, Seat, Skoda, and VW models with the 1.6 TDI 90/105/110HP engines, it’s engineered to take everyday driving to the next level.

With up to 222% of stock output (+120 HP) on tap, it transforms your diesel into a lively, responsive daily driver while keeping factory fitment and reliability intact.

We have developed 2 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from 160HP to 210HP.

MuchBoost 1.6TDI 160

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~160HP at the crank. List of modifications:

• Precisely machined seal plates and compressor housing,
• More efficient and larger Custom Billet Compressor Wheel,
• Upgraded journal bearing system that allows the turbo to hold more boost,
• Clipped and Lightened Turbine Wheel,
• Modified genuine compressor housing,
• Genuine exhaust manifold,
• Genuine bearing housing,
• Original actuator,
• Perfectly calibrated VNT system + dynamically balanced. We use a modern VISCOM flow bench and Schenck balancing machines,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

Muchboost 1.6TDI 210

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of ~210HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 190 option are the same, except:

• Additionally enlarged Billet Compressor Wheel,
• Larger Turbine Wheel to provide much more flow and lower exhaust temperatures with higher boost,
• Precisely machined exhaust housing.

We also have a more powerful option available for these engines. The 2.0 TDI CUNA GTD1449VZ Hybrid Turbo will also fit your 1.6 TDI.

1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
   2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
   3. Every parcel is fully insured.
