MuchBoost OM611 Upgraded Turbocharger featuring a custom billet 6+6 blade compressor wheel and an enlarged turbine wheel. The turbocharger is built using an original Garrett turbocharger as its base, ensuring a 100% plug-and-play installation with no modifications required. It is designed specifically for Mercedes Sprinter models equipped with the OM611 109–129 HP engines.

The upgraded turbocharger can deliver up to 220% of the factory power output, providing up to 131 additional HP. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking to add more power to their daily driver while maintaining a straightforward installation. We have developed 2 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from 210HP to 240HP.

MuchBoost OM611 210

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated ~210HP at the crank. List of modifications:

• Upgraded journal bearings system that allows the turbo to hold more boost,
• Genuine Hella electronic actuator
• More efficient and larger Billet Compressor Wheel 6+6 Blades,
  
• Genuine Clipped and Lightened Turbine Wheel,
• Precisely machined seal plates and compressor housing,
• Genuine Garret compressor housing,
• Genuine Garrett bearing housing,
• Genuine Garett exhaust manifold,
• Dynamically balanced,
• Perfectly calibrated VNT system + dynamically balanced. We use a modern VISCOM flow bench and Schenck balancing machines,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

MuchBoost OM611 240

Upgraded turbocharger with an estimated potential of ~240HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 210 option are the same except:

• Bigger Compressor Billet Wheel,
• Enlarged Turbine Wheel,
• Precisely machined exhaust housing.

Other significant modifications

The turbo is meant to work with ~210-240HP In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well.

A set of gaskets is included with every option you choose!

Matters you should be aware of when placing your order.

1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
   2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
   3. Every parcel is fully insured.
   4. If you didn`t find the turbo you need, feel free to contact us. We are able to perform many more upgraded turbochargers than you can find on the site. Our development department works permanently on the new models.
   5. Do you have a workshop, are you an influencer or seller of tuning parts? We are open to cooperation by offering discounts and refunds.
   6. During placing your order, please provide information as follows:

These details are helpful to make the turbo correctly.

* Just upgrade option means that we will modify your turbocharger once you sent it to us. The turbo can’t be cracked and must be genuine.
